Rentals: If you would like to place your unit up for rent, please contact Jennifer at Metro Property Services via e-mail (jennifer@metropropertyservicesaz.com) to acquire a rental application form. Once you have a renter, please provide the individual's name, phone number and e-mail to Jennifer so we can be in contact with that individual as needed.
Architectural Forms: In the event you're doing a little remodeling - specifically as it relates to your back patio cover - a form must be completed and your plans must be approved by the board. Please contact Jennifer to acquire this form.
