Great news! We received enough signatures to pass the amended CC&R's. This investment was made to better serve members of our community with rules and regulations that are easy to read and easy to understand. This will help all determine what is or isn't allowed as related to their units, and what is and isn't covered in terms of insurance. Not only is such information useful to you while you reside at Vive Nuevo, but it will come in handy should you ever choose to sell your unit.
Also of note: Our community has a new representative from Metro Property Services. Her name is Jennifer Beck, and she is filling the big shoes left behind by Linda Hudson, who served our community well this past year and a half. We welcome Jennifer to our management team and look forward to working with her.
